So I’ve been thinking really hard about what I want to do with my life lately and I’ve narrowed it down to this:
*Switch majors to Personal/Private chef after the summer quarter
*Attend Western Kentucky University and study:
a. Nutrition and dietetics
b. Elementary education
*Become more active in social justice and volunteer work
* Attend Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas and study:
a. Culinary arts
b. Baking and pastry
* Eventually work on a cruise ship during the summer and teach for the rest of the year
Oh, and I found out that I am still employeed at Chipotle and they are waiting for me with open arms until I am well and can come back to work (:
(Even though my dad wants me to take a year off of work and ‘have fun.’)
As much as I am into comics… I really just don’t give two fucks about Superman (or DC in general for that matter minus Batman.)
So sue me.
Why is this the second day in a row I have been awake when the sun comes up?
I’m still fully awake at 6:47am… Yesterday I went to bed around 7:30am and woke up at 11:47am.
What the hell is my body doing? I can’t sleep because my legs feel like they’re having growing pains, probably due to being on bed rest for two weeks. My vagina feels like it has been ripped from my body then poorly sewn back on. I’m most likely going to a doctor today to get that checked out because its been two weeks since my surgery and it shouldn’t be sore or swollen, but it is. Plus I’m pretty sure I’m getting close to a psychotic break so here comes the insomnia.

This summer is going to be crazy. I am taking four online courses at Sullivan University (Anatomy & Physiology, Culinary Math, Food and Beverage Cost Control, Intro to Religion,) a lab (International Cuisine,) and one online course at University of Minnesota (Sustainability of Food Systems.) Although this seems like a lot, I have faith that I can do it! I will just be spending most of my summer days with my nose in my textbooks rather than under the sun.
ALSO! Great news! I will be graduating in SIX MONTHS :D
